The client needed a furniture expert having extensive working knowledge of the industry to be able to understand the shop floor and design needs. Also, the work volume was very high needed shorter TATs and more manpower with quick ramp up and ramp down facility.

Our millwork drafters began by analyzing architectural drawings received from the client. A neat roadmap with milestones and review process was prepared to meet the quality and timelines.

Initial discussion were carried out to understand the design intent and develop drawings without errors.
By using the inputs, initial approval drawings were prepared and shared with the designer to get approvals from the project architect with sections and plans.
Once the drawings were approved, using AutoCAD 2D detailed shop drawings were prepared in close collaboration with the manufacturing engineers.
Final deliverables included the installation guides, BoMs, and layout plans onsite assembly and installation of cabinetry and shop fit-outs.
