The project team assessed the as-is design flow request followed by the manufacturer and proposed to deploy a configurator to offer ease in visualization and quick TAT.

The team studied design inputs and developed master models and the automation engineers developed logical rules
The UI for design was developed in such a way that it was continuously in sync with the SQL database which enabled creating real-time 2D and 3D view of the washroom
A complete 3D preview with sketching functionality, room building and insetting cubicle were developed in the configurator to be displayed
This was in-turn connected with Autopilot mode to generate SolidWorks models in 3D which allowed the user to design every washroom with preferred choices and layout
Once the customer confirms the order it would generate relevant 2D shop drawings for each component, 3D models as well as sales quotes
